Five starting points, one editable colour board
Theme presets speed up the first design decision. They should not make every customer form look identical. Form303 therefore keeps the palette editable and combines each direction with the creator’s own brand copy and assets.
Bold Creative
Strong cobalt, yellow and coral forms a high-energy setting for campaign briefs, launches, creative enquiries and lead generation. It is the clearest expression of Form303’s own visual identity.
Editorial Minimal
A restrained direction for applications, client intake, research and professional services. It puts typography and form hierarchy ahead of decorative texture.
Coastal Organic
Soft natural colour and open space make this direction suitable for wellbeing, community, hospitality and lifestyle forms.
Warm Human
Friendly warm colour supports event registration, feedback, volunteering and other forms where the invitation should feel personal.
Dark Luxe
Deep surfaces and stronger contrast suit premium events, launches and brands that already work with a darker visual language.
Suggested use cases
| Form purpose | Suggested starting theme | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Contact or lead enquiry | Bold Creative | Clear action and visual confidence |
| Client intake | Editorial Minimal | Calm hierarchy for longer forms |
| RSVP or community event | Warm Human | Welcoming and approachable |
| Wellbeing feedback | Coastal Organic | Softer visual atmosphere |
| Premium launch registration | Dark Luxe | Focused, high-contrast presentation |
These are starting suggestions, not fixed rules. The right result depends on brand, audience, content length, contrast and background imagery.
Bring your own imagery
Authenticated creators can associate tenant-owned logo and background assets with a saved draft. The published presentation resolves authorised asset URLs at render time. Form303 also includes the five default background images shown in the theme gallery.
Current limitations
These templates style an imported form; they do not create a complete questionnaire or guarantee conversion performance. User-uploaded assets require a saved account context. Creators remain responsible for rights to uploaded imagery and for checking readability across desktop and mobile.
