Form303 is provided during beta so the product can be tested and improved. Availability, limits and features may change. The current price is free during beta; future pricing has not been announced.
Your responsibilities
You must have permission to access any Google Form you import and the right to use any logo, background image, copy or other material you upload. You are responsible for the lawfulness of the questions you ask, the notices you give respondents and the way you use collected responses.
Do not use Form303 for unlawful, deceptive, abusive or harmful content, credential collection, unsolicited messaging, malware distribution or infringement of another person’s rights.
Google and third-party services
Form303 is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google. Google Forms is a trademark of Google LLC. Your use of Google services remains subject to Google’s terms and account permissions.
Hosting, authentication and data functions depend on third-party infrastructure. An outage, revoked connection or API limit may temporarily prevent importing, publishing or accessing a form.
Published links
Published Form303 links do not currently carry a guaranteed retention period or automatic expiry. Form303 may restrict or remove content that threatens the service, violates these terms or creates legal or security risk.

Form303 provides form presentation software. It does not provide legal, privacy, security or compliance advice. Obtain appropriate professional advice for sensitive or regulated workflows.

Current limitations
These beta terms are an operational notice rather than a negotiated service-level agreement. Enterprise terms, paid subscriptions, custom domains and formal support commitments are not currently offered.
