Google Forms branding

Give Google Forms a complete brand treatment.

Form303 turns branding into a live form presentation rather than a single header image. Edit the brand name, opening copy, palette, logo and background while previewing the same presentation contract used by saved and published forms.

Treat the theme as a system

A branded form is more than a logo pasted above default controls. The headline, supporting copy, colour relationship, background image, card treatment and interactive states need to feel intentional together.

Form303 groups those decisions into one presentation. The studio’s brand section scrolls independently while the form canvas stays visible, allowing creators to compare a change against the actual experience instead of editing disconnected settings.

Start from a direction, then make it yours

Five theme directions cover different communication styles without locking the palette:

Theme Best suited to Visual character
Bold Creative Campaigns, launches, creative briefs Cobalt, yellow, geometric energy
Editorial Minimal Professional intake, applications Restrained, typographic, structured
Coastal Organic Wellbeing, community, lifestyle Soft colour and natural imagery
Warm Human Feedback, events, people teams Friendly colour and rounded rhythm
Dark Luxe Premium events and high-contrast brands Deep surfaces and focused highlights

Editable brand elements

Uploaded assets are stored by asset identity. Temporary browser object URLs and expiring signed URLs should not become persisted theme data. When a draft reloads, the application regenerates an authorised preview URL.

Accessibility is a design constraint

Colour customisation is valuable only when the result remains readable. Text contrast, visible focus, labelled controls, predictable heading order and a usable 390 × 844 layout are part of the presentation quality bar.

Form303 themes should preserve clear content hierarchy and focus feedback. Creators still need to choose imagery and palette combinations responsibly, particularly when text overlays a detailed background.

Preview and publication should agree

The editor, reloaded draft and public form use the same FormPresentationV1, theme and asset references. This reduces the risk of a polished preview turning into a different public page after publication.

Current limitations

The theme gallery is deliberately small. User-uploaded backgrounds require an authenticated saved form. Form303 does not currently offer arbitrary layout coding, customer-owned domains or automatic accessibility certification. File-upload questions remain a publishing blocker regardless of visual treatment.
